Mrs. Sarita Singhania - Wholetime Director: Joined the board in the year 1996. She became the wholetime director of the company in the year 2001 and currently looks after tea sales and day to day operations.

Mr. Harish Parekh - Independent Director: Mr. Parekh is a Commerce graduate having 37 years experience in tea industry. His wide experience and knowledge is beneficial to the operations of the company.

Mr. Naresh Pachisia - Independent Director: Mr. Pachisia is a commerce graduate and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) having 24 years experience in the Capital Markets.

Mr. Neem Chand Mitruka - Independent Director: Mr. Mitruka possesses over 40 years of experience in the tea industry and his enormous experience has proven extremely beneficial for the smooth operation of the company.
